Delivery & Returns

**Delivery during Covid-19 **

Orders will be dispatched with MyHermes or Royal Mail.

We will continue to dispatch orders as normal however given the current situation our delivery providers may take longer than normal. We thank you for you patience during this challenging time.

    Delivery

    Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days days. You will receive an email when we have dispatched your purchase so you know when to expect it.

    UK orders under £25 - standard delivery £2.95

    Free UK standard delivery on orders over £25

    We use a selection of courier services including MyHermes and Royal Mail.

    All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage. Our packaging is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.

    We only ship within the UK at the moment but plan to add further international shipping soon.

    Returns

    When you order from Home Equals Happy you are ordering from a small business.  We care a lot about what we do.  We want you to be happy with your product.  If for any reason this isn’t the case, we want to help you with this.

    If you would like to return your purchase this is fine but must be done within 28 days of receiving your order.  We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid.

    Damages

    We are very careful about choosing who we ask to deliver your order.  In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.  If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

    We would ask that you send an image to us showing the product in its original packaging.

    How to return an order

    To start with, please send an email to rachael@homeequalshappy.com with your full name and order number.  All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Home Equals Happy cannot accept any responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit.

    All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost (unless of course the item is faulty).

    Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account.
