Delivery & Returns
Last orders for Christmas delivery - midnight Wednesday 18th December.
Orders will be dispatched with MyHermes or Royal Mail.
Order Dispatch over the Festive Period
Time with family is important to me over the Christmas period so I will be taking some time off over the festive period. You can still place your orders as normal but dispatch will be as below -
- Orders placed up to Saturday 21st December will be dispatched within 2 working days
- Orders placed between the 23rd December and the 29th December will be dispatched on 30th December
- Orders placed between the 30th Dec and 5th January will be dispatched on 6th January
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You will receive an email as soon as we have dispatched your purchase so you know when to expect it.

We use a selection of courier services including MyHermes and Royal Mail.
All parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage. Our packaging is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.
We only ship within the UK at the moment but plan to add further international shipping soon.
When you order from Home Equals Happy you are ordering from a small business. We care a lot about what we do. We want you to be happy with your product. If for any reason this isn’t the case, we want to help you with this.
If you would like to return your purchase this is fine but must be done within 28 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid.
We are very careful about choosing who we ask to deliver your order. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We would ask that you send an image to us showing the product in its original packaging.
How to return an order
To start with, please send an email to email@example.com with your full name and order number. All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Home Equals Happy cannot accept any responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost (unless of course the item is faulty).
Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account.
